2. Dress for the story you want to tell

Your outfits and wardrobe choices are part of what makes you, you! don’t be afraid to express yourself! be different, everyone isn’t meant to look the same. Discover YOUR OWN personal style. Wear that statement necklace, rock that red lipstick, stop saving that favorite outfit for a special occasion.

3. Curate your soundtrack

Every main character has a killer soundtrack and background music. Create a playlist for every mood and occasion-whether your shopping or having a cry-it-out moment.

Bonus points if you dance around your room listening to it.

4. Set boundaries and say yes to yourself

While a good main character isn’t selfish, they still always prioritize themselves. Say no to the people, places, and things that drain you, and say yes to the things that make you truly happy.

5. Create your own perfect moments and memories

Sometimes you have to make the magic happen yourself. Visit that coffee shop you’ve been meaning to go to, Talk to that group of girls you want to be friends with, and start a fun new hobby to keep you entertained and add something to the long list of things that make you interesting.

Stop waiting for life to happen, and make it happen for yourself.

Remember, you’re the main character in your own life. Step into the spotlight, embrace your life, and live it unapologetically.
